On Sep 4, Chairman Zhang Huaide accompanied by vice managers of Trade Department II Zhou Yaoyu and Zhong Wei, paid a visit to America for inspection. The general manager of Trade Department I, Zeng Changgui, departed to join them on Sep 8. The purpose of this trip was to further develop the international market for company products, inspect the feasibility of setting up administrative organization in America and promote the fame of large-caliber products in the international market. Chairman Zhang Huaide would also take this chance to return a visit to the headquarters of America Carlyle Group and further consult on the operating conditions of the newly- built joint venture and listing process.
